(WNBA player prop bet odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
New York Liberty at Dallas Wings
- Leg 1: New York Liberty -10 (-106)
- Leg 2: Under 173 Total Points (-110)
- Leg 3: Jonquel Jones Over 23.5 Pts + Reb (-114)
- Leg 4: Breanna Stewart To Score 20+ Points (-188)
The Liberty (29-6) travel to meet the Wings (9-26) for the middle game on CBS Sports Network at 8 p.m. ET. We have the team with the WNBA’s best record facing the team with the worst defense in the league. The Wings are allowing 91.1 points per game (PPG), while also ranking last in the league while allowing teams to hit at 47.3%. The Wings are 9th in the league with a 35.4% defensive 3-pointer percentage, too. Look for New York to roll.
New York has won three in a row, while going 17-3 across the past 20 outings, although it is just 2-5 against the spread (ATS) in the past seven since going a perfect 7-of-7 prior to that July 10-Aug. 20. The last time these teams met Aug. 20-22 in a back-to-back at Barclays Center, the Liberty averaged 86.5 PPG, while allowing 72.5 PPG. As such, back the Liberty laying the points.
As far as the total is concerned, the Under is 7-2 across the past nine outings for the Liberty, scoring 76.0 PPG in the past two games, while allowing 70.5 PPG. The Under cashed in the two games in Dallas against the Wings in August, too.
For the Wings, the Under cashed last time out in Chicago on Sunday. Dallas has dropped four in a row, while failing to cover in each of those outings, too. While the Under has cashed just six times in the past 21 games, the Under has hit twice against the Liberty in that span.
As far as the player props are concerned, Jonquel Jones has exactly 15 points and eight rebounds in each of the past two games, so talk about consistency. She is averaging 13.4 PPG and 10.5 RPG across the past eight games while posting four double-doubles during the span. Against Dallas, Jones has two double-doubles, averaging 18.0 PPG and 12.5 RPG, so expect her to go off. As such, go with the Player Combo prop of Jones Over 23.5 (-114).

Connecticut Sun at Los Angeles Sparks
- Leg 1: Connecticut Sun -9.5 (-110)
- Leg 2: Under 158.5 Total Points (-110)
- Leg 3: Rickea Jackson To Score 10+ Points (-460)
- Leg 4: DiJonai Carrington To Score 10+ Points (-375)
The Sun (25-10) and the Sparks (7-28) play the second end of a back-to-back set in Southern California. Connecticut picked up a 79-67 win as an 11-point favorite while the Under (161.5) connected on Sunday. Now, the teams battle again. Connecticut is 8-2 ATS in the past 10 meetings, while the Under has cashed in three straight meetings while going 4-1-1 in the past six games in the series.
Connecticut has won just three of the past six games, while also going 3-3 ATS. However, it got the job done in L.A. even when it didn’t play its best game against the league’s worst team. Additionally, the Sun have held the Sparks to just 64.0 PPG in the past meetings since Aug. 20.
The Under has cashed in three in a row for the Sun while going 7-3 in the past 10 outings, and 11-6 across the previous 17 contests. For the Sparks, they’re on a four-game losing streak, while going 1-3 ATS in the skid. Los Angeles has won just once in the past 12 games, too.
The play is on the Sun, as they’re just a much better team, although they’ll be scratching feverishly to get back on track. Connecticut has actually slipped to third in the overall standings behind Minnesota, after sitting in second for most of the season. Facing the Sparks will be the elixir to cure their recent ills.
For player props, we’re going to keep it super simple to try and quadruple up in the late-night game. Rookie Rickea Jackson exploded for 23 points on 9-of-18 shooting, with a 3-pointer, four rebounds, three steals and a blocked shot. We’ll take her to simply get to double digits in points.
We’ll play the same prop for DiJonai Carrington. She dropped 19 points on Sunday, going 9-of-14 from the field while adding a triple, five steals, a rebound, and an assist. She just needs to get to 10 points, too. It’s a safe and conservative parlay, but it’s a good value to multiply up by more than four times.
Parlay Odds: +445
